1. About this website
This website provides information about Hazem Salah’s coaching services and lets you book, pay and complete questionnaires. Published content, including articles and the free self-check, is for reflection and general information. It is not personal advice, therapy or a diagnosis. The free self-check is a general reflection and does not replace a personal assessment.
2. Using the website
- Use the website lawfully and give accurate information.
- Keep the sign-in links sent to your email private and don’t share them.
- Don’t try to access other people’s data or disrupt the website.
- If you invite your partner to a Couple Audit, make sure they know about it and are happy to receive the invitation.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including texts, questionnaires, reports and methods, belongs to Hazem Salah. You may use your own report for personal purposes; content may not be copied or republished commercially without written permission.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP), Saudi riyals (SAR) or US dollars (USD) and may vary by service and country. The final price is shown at booking, and a booking is confirmed once payment is complete. Your payment provider may add transfer or bank fees.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- 24 hours or more before the session: a full refund or a free reschedule, as you prefer.
- Between 6 and 24 hours before: a 50% refund of the session fee.
- Less than 6 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
- Compatibility Audit: the questionnaire fee is non-refundable once both questionnaires have been submitted, because the work of reviewing them starts as soon as they are complete. The rules above still apply to the session itself.
- If I cancel a session, you are entitled to a full refund or a new time.
Refunds are returned using the original payment method, usually within about 14 business days.
6. Group workshops
The same cancellation rules apply to workshops unless the workshop page says otherwise. If I cancel or postpone a workshop, you are entitled to a full refund.
7. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase, apply to the service named on them and cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher holder may use it themselves, and their booking follows these same terms.
8. Limits of responsibility
Coaching helps you see your situation clearly, but your decisions, actions and their results are your own responsibility. I don’t guarantee particular outcomes. As far as the law allows, my liability is limited to the fee you paid for the service.
9. Privacy
How your data is handled is set out in the privacy notice, and coaching sessions are governed by the coaching agreement.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country. Questions: [email protected]
