Coaching programs for organizations
Personal stress does not stay at home. It comes to work with your people and shows up in focus, decisions and relationships within the team.

Experience from inside organizations
My experience goes beyond private practice. I founded and led an internal coaching program inside a major organization, backed directly by executive leadership, working with professional and personal challenges in a demanding environment of many backgrounds and cultures.
That experience taught me that successful coaching programs inside organizations are built carefully: they start small, with clear leadership backing and confidentiality rules employees can trust, then grow based on what people actually need.
What a program can include
-
An internal coaching program
A coaching program designed around your culture, size and needs, with a clear way for people to access it and firm confidentiality rules.
-
Team workshops
Interactive workshops on communication and handling conflict, helping teams talk about difficulties clearly and respectfully.
-
Confidential individual coaching
Confidential one-to-one sessions for employees going through personal stress or relationship challenges that affect their work.
-
Leadership sessions
A space for leaders to work through personal stress that can affect professional decisions, free of judgment.
We start with a pilot
-
An initial conversation
We talk about your organization, what you are noticing and what you hope to achieve.
-
Designing the pilot
We agree on a small, clear scope: who takes part, which format fits and how confidentiality is protected.
-
Running it
We deliver the program online or in person in Egypt, in Arabic or English.
-
Review and next steps
We review what we learned together, without revealing any individual information, and decide on the next step.
Let's talk about your organization
Send a short note about your organization and what you are looking for, and I will reply to arrange an initial conversation.
