Draft for review by Hazem Salah and a qualified lawyer before use.
I respect your privacy. This notice explains what data I collect, why, how I protect it and what your rights are. It is written in the spirit of Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
1. Who is responsible for your data
Hazem Salah, relationship coach, Egypt. For anything about your data: [email protected]
2. What data I collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone number, country and preferred language.
- Booking and payment details: service, appointments, amounts and receipt numbers. I don’t store your card details; the payment provider handles them directly.
- Your answers: to the self-check, questionnaires, intake form and feedback form.
- Coaching content: session notes and Clarity Reports.
- Limited technical data: such as IP address and browser type, for security and to run the website.
3. Why I use it
To provide the services you ask for, manage bookings and payments, prepare for sessions and write reports, send messages about your service, send newsletters if you subscribe, improve the service and meet legal obligations. I don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Legal basis
I process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give when you submit a form, book a service or subscribe. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this doesn’t affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
5. Sensitive data
Your answers and session content may include sensitive information about your relationships, family, values or health. I handle it with the greatest care: I only ask for it where needed, questions touching on it are optional, it is stored encrypted, and only I can see it. In the Couple Audit, neither partner’s answers are ever shown to the other.
6. Where your data is stored
Data is stored on servers in the European Union (to be confirmed). Where data is transferred outside Egypt or Saudi Arabia, I make sure it is protected to at least the level the applicable laws require. I may use trusted service providers, such as hosting, email and payments, who are bound to protect the data and may not use it for their own purposes.
7. How long I keep it
- Coaching records, questionnaires and reports: 24 months after your last session, or less if you ask for deletion.
- Free self-check results: 12 months, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
- Payment records: as long as the law requires.
- Newsletter subscription details: until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
- To access your data and receive a copy.
- To correct inaccurate data.
- To have your data deleted.
- To withdraw your consent at any time.
- To object to, or ask me to restrict, certain processing.
- To complain to the data protection authority in your country.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. I will reply within the time the law sets, usually within 30 days.
9. Security and breach notification
I use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access. If a breach occurs that may affect your data, I will notify the competent authority within the time the law requires, and tell you without undue delay if it may affect you, explaining what happened and what has been done.
10. Cookies
The website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering your language and keeping you signed in. I don’t use advertising cookies.
11. Changes
I may update this notice from time to time. The version date is shown above, and I will let you know about any significant change.
